OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN AMENDMENT BYLAW

The following is a list of Amendments to the OCP Bylaw that is to address the GHG Emission Reduction & Goals:

• Official Community Plan Amendment, No. 2010 Bylaw - May 3 2010, Third Reading & Adoption; Replacing:  Policy 4.2 (q) Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Inserting Section 9.  Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Strategy: Targets, Policies, and Actions after Section 8 of the Official Community Plan
   
•  OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 420, 2010 - Background information.

• OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 420, 2010 including Schedule 1 to the Bylaw, Section 9:  Proposed Targets, Action, and Policies:  Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction.
   
• Public Hearing held on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 7 pm in the Community Hall.
