Tai Chi and Qigong both benefit all ages by helping maintain good posture and body coordination, enhancing mind-body memory, exercising left and right brain function, flexibility and strength. 

The LB Senior's Social Circle organize this program with the guidance of highly qualified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor, Josie Loehrich.

All adults are welcome. Due to COVID-19 protocols, all participants must contact the coordinator prior to coming to the class. Space may not be available. 

The Fall session, which will end on Dec 8th, is currently full. 

Future sessions are planned for Winter, Jan - Mar; and Spring, Apr - Jun/Jul. No summer classes for the balance of July and August.

Rates are $8/class, and we prefer students to sign-up for a full session.
