Lions Bay Alert enables the Village of Lions Bay’s Administration to communicate important information quickly in the event of emergencies. Register today and know you’ll have the up-to-date information you need during an emergency.

When an emergency occurs, telephone, text or e-mail messages will be sent to all registered contacts in the impacted area. The system enables us to provide you with critical information in a variety of situations, such as severe weather, wildfire, floods, debris flows, water restrictions, unexpected road closures, evacuations and any other emergency events that could impact you, your family and your community.

Lions Bay Alert is powered by ePACT emergency network. This service is being offered FREE to all families living in the Village of Lions Bay. 

You will have ownership of your account and your information in the system. ePACT’s security standards meet those of online banks, and your information is never shared without your permission.

Simply sign up below and you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to create your account with ePACT. Once you create your account and verify your contact information, you will be registered to receive Lions Bay Alert emergency notifications.

  1. Enter your first name, last name, and e-mail address in the fields below
  2. Select your neighbourhood from the list menu (you may select more than one neighbourhood)
  3. Click "Submit" to receive your email invite to connect with Lions Bay Alert via ePACT
  4. Create an account and verify your contact information to complete your profile.
