NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE
TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Sections 21 (a) and 24 (d) of the Community Charter, the Village of Lions Bay intends to provide assistance to a person or organization through a partnering agreement.
The person who is the intended recipient of the assistance is Tamara Leger, operating as House Concerts.
The nature of the proposed assistance is to enter into a partnering agreement for House Concerts to provide the socially beneficial service of musical entertainment in venues within the Village of Lions Bay.
The term of the proposed assistance is one year, from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
The extent of the proposed assistance is comprised of both cash and in-kind contributions as follows:
- cash: $3,700.00;
- in-kind: $1,300.00.
