Send a Letter to Council

Residents who wish to write to Council may send an email or written letter which will be included in Correspondence on the agenda at the next Regular Council Meeting (deadline is 12 p.m. the Thursday prior to the next meeting). Your email address will be redacted from the public.

Address Council in Person 

Residents who wish to speak to Council in person have two minutes at the beginning of a Council meeting during Public Participation (any topic), and/or two minutes at the end of the meeting (topics on the agenda only).

Delegation Request

Residents who wish to address Council for 10 minutes must pre-register and complete a Delegation Request Form. This form must be submitted by 12 p.m. the Thursday prior to a Regular Meeting of Council via email or at the Village Office.
