The Municipality invites prospective contractors to bid on works pertaining to the servicing of a proposed lot known as 35 Kelvin Grove Way, Lions Bay. Works include:
- Erosion / Sediment Control
- Mobilization
- Bonding
- Traffic Management
- Sediment and Erosion Control and Temporary Drainage
- Earthworks including Clearing and Grubbing
- Stormwater Rerouting
- Hydrant decommissioning
- Water, Sanitary and storm servicing
- Hydro and Telus Service
- Shouldering and Asphalt Repairs
- Layout and As Constructed
A site meeting is scheduled for Wednesday July 25, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the top of the North On Ramp from Kelvin Grove Way, East side of highway.
Tender Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
Tender Closing Date: August 15th , 2018
Bids are to be submitted to the Muncipality's offices at 400 Centre Road, Lions Bay by the closing date and time.
