The Village of Lions Bay (the “Municipality”) invites proposals from experienced multi-disciplinary
engineering firms (“Proponents”) to provide consulting engineering and design services for the proposed
replacement of four of the Municipality’s potable water storage facilities.
Services will include, but are not limited to, the evaluation of configuration options, pre-design, detailed
design, preparation of tender documents, tendering, construction support, and overall project
management of this project for the Municipality as outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”)
document.
Proposals must include the Scope of Work required, an upset limit fee for the provision of
services, and the name and professional resume of the project members who would be assigned
to the project.

The deadline for enquires is 3:00 PM, Monday, April 24, 2017. Enquiries received after that time will not
receive any response from the Municipality. All amendments or responses to enquiries will be posted to
the BC Bid website (bcbid.gov.bc.ca). It is the responsibility of the Proponent to monitor this website to
check for updates.
