As the recent request for expressions of interest did NOT result in any pre-qualified tenderers, the VILLAGE OF LIONS BAY and AECOM Canada HEREBY INVITE ANY AND ALL QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS TO SUBMIT TENDERS for the construction of a replacement water reservoir on the Harvey Creek Water System. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall include the labour, equipment, and materials required to complete the Village of Lions Bay Harvey Tank Replacement Project, as specified in the Contract Documents.
The Work includes, but is not limited to the following elements:
.1 Demolition and disposal of one above concrete potable water reservoir (Harvey Tank);
.2 Demolition and removal of electrical devices, piping and appurtenances;
.3 Upsizing an existing valve chamber.
.4 Construction of a new 2.33 ML above ground glass fused bolted steel reservoir to store potable water.
.5 Siteworks including ground improvements for structural foundations, excavating, backfilling, grading, drainage, fencing, retaining walls, site dewatering and landscaping.
.6 Installation of process mechanical piping, valves, fittings and appurtenances for interconnection of the proposed works.
.7 Electrical and instrumentation to service the new facilities and miscellaneous required to complete the Work.
Project timelines include Substantial Performance of the Work by December 15, 2019 and Total Completion of the Work by January 31, 2020
